Go Direct Lettings principles are that we aim to offer a full and professional service to all our clients, but we accept that we are all human and mistakes can occur occasionally.
Therefore, in the unlikely event that you may wish to raise any issues regarding your customer care and service you should, in the first instance put this in writing to the Franchise Owner of the Go Direct Lettings office you are dealing with, or have the issue with.
Any issue should in the first instant be directed to the branch concerned and in writing.
The branch director might like to resolve the issue as soon as possible, but may not be able to do so as the situation will need thorough investigation.
The branch will acknowledge receipt of your concerns by return and will endeavour to respond with a full reply within 7 days.
This, we hope, will resolve the situation to the satisfaction of all parties, but if not, or you are not happy with the response, we again suggest that you contact the branch and try to resolve the situation between the parties.
If, after all this, you are still dissatisfied then we point out that all our franchisees are members of a full redress system known as the PRS. (The Property Redress Scheme)
