Meet the Team – North Wirral Office

Welcome to Go Direct Lettings North Wirral. Go Direct Lettings North Wirral is owned and managed by Jane Nightingall, who along with her team is able to deal with all of your landlord, tenant and property management requirements. Should you be looking to rent out an individual property, portfolio management, somewhere new to live or just some advice Jane and her team are more than happy to assist you. Go Direct Lettings North Wirral covers the north of the Wirral peninsular encompassing areas such as, Leasowe, Liscard, Moreton, New Brighton, Seacombe and Wallasey.

Jane Nightingall (Owner)

Jane has been in the property industry for over 16 years managing a local Estate Agency, predominantly in sales after which she was head hunted to assist in the management of a large rental portfolio gaining added valued experience in property rental lettings and management.

Jane has a great deal of experience in the industry and has decided to join Go Direct Lettings as she has always had the ambition to run her own business, Jane promises to use both this enthusiasm and experience in assisting of her Landlords and Tenants.

Charlotte Nightingall (Lettings Negotiator)

Charlotte joined us in November 2015, working part time she assists with all aspects of the agency.

Both Wirral born and bred Hannah and Charlotte bring local knowledge to the branch. They assist with viewings, tenancy handovers and tenancy move outs, reference requests along with all other aspects of tenancy applications and are always happy to help our landlords and tenants with a smile!
