The application for a tenancy is quite straight forward with Go Direct Lettings. Once you have viewed the property and decided it is suitable, you will need to fill in the application form provided. You will need to supply:
- Proof of Identification (ID)
- Proof of residency, such as a utility bill
- A reference from your employer and current Landlord
If you wish us to hold a property in your favour, we will consider this subject to timescales. You will be required to supply a minimum of 2x the weekly rent. For example, if the weekly rent is £100 to hold in your favour you will need to pay a minimum of £200. This payment will be added to your account when you come to pay your rent in advance. You must note that if we agree to reserve a property in your favour that any advance payment will be at risk of non-refundable if you subsequently change your mind for any reason.
